Matt has 11 years of experience in Sales Leadership and has mentored and managed over 50 professionals, helping them reach their full potential. As a career coach, Matt currently coaches revenue professionals ranging from the first hire at a small start-up to the VP of Sales at a 1,000+ employee office. He started Play to Win Coaching to help professionals everywhere succeed in compensation negotiations and get to the next step in their careers.
