What We Do

    Risk-free coaching on how to negotiate up on a job offer no matter what stage you are in the hiring process. Our fee is based on increasing your offer. If we’re not able to help you negotiate your salary up then we don’t charge you!

  • Career Coaching

    We offer 6-month, 3-month and month-to-month plans to best suit your coaching needs. We always start with a free consultation and determine if we can help you grow your career.
